How the money works.
How is "visitor" counted?
A visitor is a unique browser hitting any page on your storefront in a calendar month. We use the same definition Google Analytics does. Bots are filtered. Returning visitors within the same month count once.
What if I exceed my visitor cap?
We notify you when you cross 80% of your cap. If you exceed 100%, the widget stays live — we don't throttle revenue — and we reach out to right-size the plan for the next month. No surprise overage charges in your current cycle.
Annual or monthly?
Both. Annual paid up-front is 10% off the monthly rate. Cancel anytime — pro-rated refund for the unused portion of an annual term.
How does onboarding work?
Cervito is in private rollout via direct invite. Email [email protected] with your Shopify domain — you'll receive a personal install link within 24 hours and the founder walks you through setup. There is no self-serve queue.
What's included that other tools charge extra for?
